1. Scope of services

Through the HIAI website, the service provider makes website content available free of charge and enables users to send an enquiry through the contact form, including an attachment in a format accepted by the form.

2. Technical requirements

Use of the website requires an internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. JavaScript may be required for full interactive functionality. A valid e-mail address is required to receive a response to the form.

3. Rules of use

Users should provide accurate information to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry. The service provider may disregard, block or remove content that breaches these rules.

4. Start and end of the electronic service

5. Contact form and possible cooperation

Submitting the form is intended to initiate contact and does not by itself constitute a contract for HIAI services. Any scope, timing, fees and other terms of possible cooperation require separate agreement. Technical limits on attachment type or size may result from form or server settings.

6. Complaints about electronic services

Comments or complaints concerning the website or contact form may be sent to hi@hiai.com.pl, with a description of the issue and contact details needed to respond. We review submissions without undue delay and send the response to the e-mail address provided.
